A Case of Adult Polycystic Kindey Disease associated with Hepatic Cyst.

Abstract

|
This is a report of a case of adult polycystic kidney disease associated with hepatic cyst in 49 year-old koreaa female whose chief complaints were anorexia, generalized weakness, left flank pain, fever & chillness and turbid urine for 15 days.
The value of gray scale ultrasonography as a non-invasive method, which differentiates polycystic kidney disease from other causes of poorly functio7ing enlarged kidney, is emphasized.
This case is reported with review of literature.
